Climbing to the top of perfection

Bullseye, Place Saint-Bernard, Mont-Tremblant, Quebec

Mont Tremblant is a cozy village geared towards winter sports, but even outside the snowy season it provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and just enjoying the beautiful fall colours.

Sitting safely outside (this being the second year of the pandemic) on the patio of the BullsEye steakhouse, I enjoyed a great meal, followed by a truly wonderful piece of apple pie.

This pie had a thin and delicious crust, a very generous layer of fresh apple pieces that was topped with sweet crumble. I really enjoyed the nice and sweet cinnamon flavour.

The slice was a generous portion but it was not too filling because it contained so much apple.

I am not a skier, but I may have to go back here for the apple pie!
